I graduated high school in 2005. Attended  Heritage College Medical Assistant program in 2008. certified in home and commercial cleaning since 2017 and certified in body sculpting and wood therapy by Haute Body Sculpting in San Diego 2022.  My mission is to provide consistent results and quality services. i want to give everyone that extra boost to live a clean and healthy life, along with looking their best! 

At Fresh Start Body we want to make sure you are provided with complete instruction before you come to receive services. If you have any of these health issues or diagnoses you are not a candidate for services:

Pregnant, Breast Feeding, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Liver Disorders, Diabetes, Metals in Body, Cardiac, Lymphatic, skin, respiratory, Psychological   disorders, pace makers, seizures, or cancer.
Please be hydrated, drink 2 liters of water the day before service, no food 2 hours before, have clean skin free of lotion or oils, and wear loose fitted clothing to appointment, NO ALCOHOL 24 hours before service. 

Your body will be flushing toxins for the next few days. drink another 2 liters of water for next few days, continued water intake will benefit your results. no alcohol 24 hours after, wear a waist trainer to promote flushing. No food for 2 hours after, refrain from toxic foods, fast foods and sweets. At least a 15 minute exercise after Service is encouraged. 

Ultrasonic cavitation is a safe FDA cleared procedure. Since the procedure is non-invasive, there is no downtime needed. there can be mild bruising, Light swelling, and redness to the skin.
